It is a unique and relaxing property located in Centro district near the beach and 5th Avenue, and the 5th avenue where all the bars. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I greatly enjoyed my room - beautifully designed and new-fashioned with view.

The hotel is clean and relaxing. The property offers modern, unique rooms with the microwave, very comfortable bed, storage space. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, really enjoyed coffee, milk, fresh bread, and cereal. The location is incredible, very close to city center. Totally recommended for shopping

Location: the hotel was just next door to the shops and restaurants, the Quinta Avenida and many restaurants and bars and commercial circus.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just steps away from the bustling 5th Avenue. The location couldn't be more perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. We also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident.

The noise level, especially at night. There seemed to be a nearby club/bar that played loud music, which could be bothersome, especially if you are jetlagged.
